Maxine Volker

I’ve been obsessed with words since I learnt to read and write. I am completely amazed by their ability to take us to a completely different place or time. I first entered the industry working as a writer for a local online magazine and I now work as a Features Writer at TCB Media, where I am able to write, travel and network, all while ‘on the job’.

When I’m not working, I’m usually reading. If that’s not the case, you’ll find me eating peanut butter or playing the drums. My greatest posession is my book collection and one day I aim to have my own floor-to-ceiling library to get lost in.
